Angry APA Minute: Movies are Not Real Life

I contributed an “Angry APA Minute” to APA Compass for our October, 2011 show last week. After dealing with ignorant assumptions (such as my eating monkey brains according to Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom or burning Indian women for birthing girls) directed at my identity and heritage for most of my life, I decided to put my sentiments into radio-commentary form.
